"Mobility Changes the Game", a Nav2 Sail and Solar ASV frees your measurements from a single point location or spot sampling, providing persistent observations over large or small areas. In effect a "Mobile Buoy", a Nav2's position or survey area can be remotely adjusted in response to its own or other data observations. Nav2s are small, efficient and safe to operate, making them well suited for Lakes, Estuaries, Coastal or Offshore areas.

With Turner Designs and Mote Marine Labs we are developing new techniques and technology for advanced HABs mapping and water quality surveys. Outfitted with a C.I. Fluorometer and an Optical Plankton Descriminator a Nav2 will soon be able to map surface algal blooms and determine Harmful from benign algae. More on this coming soon!
